Questions
- Can staff log CPD they arranged themselves?
- Yes. Staff log it from their own page and a leader approves it before it counts in the school's figures.
- Can leaders see what an individual teacher said?
- No. Ratings are only shown as totals, added together with everyone else's, and a teacher's private note is never shown to anyone else.
- Does it prove the CPD caused the change?
- No. It shows how often the targeted areas came up before and after, which sits alongside your own judgement of the impact. It never claims cause.
- Does it work across a trust?
- Yes. A trust can run a programme for staff from any school, with its cost held by the trust.
